We do understand that items are purchased ahead of time for the holiday and for that reason we are more forgiving on our return/exchange policy. Our holiday sales are considered to start on BEND Black Friday (11/20) and our cut off date for returns/exchanges will be extended to January 31. Items must follow our standard return policy as far as condition, and a receipt is needed for all returns & exchanges.

If you would like to pick up your order instead of having it shipped simply place your order online, and check the box for "Order Pick Up." Pick up is available Curbside at our Dublin Warehouse . Using the drop down you must choose a pick up location. Once your order Is processed a Bend Team Member will contact you to coordinate a pick up time and share pick up location. Typically orders can be picked up within 36 hours!

Yes! You will still earn loyalty points on any and all orders placed during Black Friday Sales however you will not be able to redeem points!
