Collection: CURBSIDE PICKUP
Save on the cost of shipping when you take advantage of Bend's order pick-up option at our local Marysville warehouse location! Please review the important information below to see how it works and if this option is best for you, and to make sure that your order is ready when you arrive.
Pick up options:
- Pick up is available at our warehouse location in Marysville, Ohio, Monday - Friday between 10:00am - 4:00pm.
- You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order is fulfilled and ready for pick up. *Please do not show up before you receive this e-mail as your order may not be ready.*
How it works in 3 easy steps:
- Select the curbside pick-up option by doing the following: When viewing your cart, check the box to select "curbside pickup". Then, when you get to the shipping options at check-out, select "curbside pickup" from the dropdown. (*If it does not appear, you may not have properly selected the option in your cart, and you can go back to your cart and make sure the curbside pick up box is selected/added to your cart.)
- Once your order is fulfilled, we will notify you by e-mail that your order is ready for pick-up.
- When you arrive to our warehouse in Marysville, Ohio - give us a call at 937-553-9761 and a team member will run it out to your car.
- Unofficial last step - enjoy your new Bend items!
**Important Tips & Reminders**
- At times we get an influx of orders during busy seasonal and holiday times. In order to ensure that you do not waste trip, we ask that you not arrive for your pick-up before you receive an e-mail notifying you that your order is ready. Otherwise, your order may not be ready when you arrive. Thank you!
- Standard pick up hours are Monday - Friday, 10:00am - 4:00pm. If these hours do not work for you, please contact us at info@bendactive.com or 937-553-9761 and we are happy to work with you to make special arrangements if possible.
- If your order comes through as pickup and you decide to have it shipped afterwards, you will be responsible for any shipping charges. A payment link will be sent to you to pay for shipping before your order goes out.
