 Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don't—perhaps it's a little too big or the style just isn't you—we'll send you a new size, color, or style, or can issue you a refund. Exchanges are always free. If returning items, the fee for the return label is taken out of your refund amount (exceptions: you've received an incorrect item, defective item) 

You have up to 30 days to return/exchange your items in new, unused condition with the tags still attached. Items purchased through special promotions may be final sale, and therefore not eligible for exchanges or returns

Outfit of the Month: If returning, the outfit is considered one item and both items must be returned together. Partial refunds are not permitted! 

If items are shipped back without a request or shipment includes items different from that notated on your request we will return the package to you and will not issue a refund until the correct items are returned.

Frequently Asked Questions

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders are typically packaged the same day we receive them! Orders received Monday-Friday before 12pm will be packaged and mailed out same day. Any orders placed after 12pm Monday-Friday, Saturdays & Sundays or on a holiday will be shipped out on the next business day! To help keep costs low for you we ship using USPS. At checkout if you select first class mail you can expect your items in 4-5 business days, and if Priority Mail is selected the ship time is 1-3 business days.
 


MY PACKAGE TRACKING IS STATING MY ORDER IS DELIVERED, BUT IT IS NOT.

If your package has been scanned as 'delivered' we ask that you check your mailbox first- most of our packages are small and can fit inside a mailbox! If the item is not in your mailbox, USPS sometimes scans your package at the distribution center too early which updates that tracking to delivered. Most packages show up the next business day or two. 
If you do not receive your package within 1-2 business days, please contact us via email at info@bendactive.com and we can start a claim with the Postal Service to help retrieve your package.


I WANT TO PURCHASE AS A CHRISTMAS/HOLIDAY GIFT BUT YOUR POLICY IS ONLY 30 DAYS.

We do understand that items are purchased ahead of time for the holiday and for that reason we are more forgiving on our return/exchange policy. Our holiday sales are considered to start Black Friday and our cut off date for returns/exchanges will be extended to January 31. Items must follow our standard return policy as far as condition. Please note that any items purchased before Black Friday will fall into our 30 day return policy. 

 

I USED A PAYPAL E-CHECK. WHY HASN'T MY ORDER SHIPPED?

  All orders that use the payment method of a PayPal E-Check will not be shipped until the e-check clears. This can take 10+ business days, so we ask that you check with PayPal before considering this as a payment method.

All Sales Exclude Collegiate Licensed Apparel & FINAL CLEARANCE ITEMS unless specified otherwise. Sales Cannot be combined or "Stacked" with any other promo code, coupon, discount or offer including Loyalty Rewards. Sales are only valid at Bend store locations and online at www.bendactive.com. Sales cannot be applied to past purchases
