 RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Bend within 30 DAYS (**Please see Holiday exception at the bottom of this page) of purchase date *subject to the conditions below:

       -Unused                      -Unworn                  -Unwashed                    -Undamaged

NOTE: You must have your order # and email address

Please enter your order number and email address used when placing your order and follow the prompts! If Exchanging - please be sure and notate what item you would like in return - Notate size, color, style.

Once submitted, your return/exchange will be reviewed. If your order qualifies for a return ship label, an email will be processed containing the label within 1-3 business days.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders usually get packaged the same day that we receive them. 

Orders received MON-FRI before 3pm will be taken to the post office the same business day

Any orders placed after 3pm MON-FRI & Saturdays & Sundays or it is a holiday will be considered the next business day and will ship out that day.

First Class Mail - 4-5 Business days
Priority Mail - 1-3 Business days

We Ship via USPS and items are usually left in your mailbox.  Please make sure to check there for your package instead of your front door.

PAYPAL E-CHECK PAYMENTS - Please NOTE: All orders that use the payment method of a PayPal Echeck - these orders do not ship until your e-check clears.  For PayPal, e-checks can take up to 10 days or more to clear. Please check with your PayPal account before considering this as a payment method.

MY PACKAGE TRACKING IS STATING MY ORDER IS DELIVERED, BUT IT IS NOT.

To keep shipping costs down for our customers, we ship via The US Postal Service. At times (especially around the holiday when mail is heavier), your item will show as delivered and it is not. We ask that you first check your mailbox.  Most packages with 1 or 2 items will fit in the mailbox.
If the item is not in your mailbox, USPS sometimes will scan your package at the distribution center too early which updates that tracking to delivered. Most packages show up the next business day or two.
If you do not receive your package within 1-2 business days, please contact us via email at info@bendactive.com and we can start a claim with the Postal Service to help retrieve your package.


CHRISTMAS/HOLIDAY RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We do understand that items are purchased ahead of time for the holiday and for that reason we are more forgiving on our return/exchange policy. Our holiday sales are considered to start on Black Friday and our cut off date for returns/exchanges will be extended to January 31.


***Items must follow our standard return policy as far as condition when returning.

 

Please know that any items purchased before black friday will fall into our 30 day return policy.

SALE EXCLUSIONS:

All sales exclude officially licensed collegiate apparel and final sale items
